Treating germs in water and biofilm in pipes
Water is not used equally often at every outlet. In a holiday home, a guest bathroom or a temporarily unoccupied part of a building, it may remain in the pipes for longer. Microorganisms multiply in the water and form deposits on internal surfaces.
membraclean TD disinfects the treated drinking water, tackles microbial contamination, including Legionella, and gradually breaks down existing biofilm. Continuous dosing brings new volumes of water into the treatment on an ongoing basis. Water hygiene is therefore not limited to a single intervention.
For private homes and holiday properties
Holiday homes and weekend properties alternate between periods of use and inactivity. Infrequently used showers, self-contained annexes and temporarily vacant flats also need particular attention.
With membraclean TD, you treat the water-carrying areas of your installation through a dosing system. Injection takes place centrally or within a selected supply area. This makes regular drinking water hygiene easier, even when building use varies.
For care facilities, hotels and residential buildings
Long pipe runs, varying room occupancy and infrequently used outlets place particular demands on water hygiene. membraclean TD allows targeted treatment of individual areas as well as central dosing into a larger installation.
The treated water reaches the connected pipe sections and outlets. Tackling Legionella and other germs, alongside gradually breaking down biofilm, becomes part of your operational hygiene routine. Required water testing and technical maintenance of the installation remain integral parts of that routine.
Water hygiene at the dental chair
Dental units supply water-cooled instruments, drills and rinsing systems through fine tubing. Water remains in these systems over weekends, breaks in use and practice holidays.
membraclean TD treats the water-carrying systems of dental chairs and dental units. Controlled dosing combines germ control in the water with treatment of the pipes through which it flows. For implementation, we work with you to match the application to the technical design and manufacturer's requirements of your treatment unit.
Automatic dosing, less manual work
membraclean TD is ready to use and supplied undiluted to the dosing system. Mechanical and electric dosing systems add it to the water flow. Water consumption, flow rate and the layout of the installation determine the settings.
Dosing pumps from Iwaki and Dosatron, among others, are used for the technical implementation. We advise you on combining the product with dosing equipment so that treatment matches your water requirements and operating routine.
Silver-free and made in Germany
The active substance in membraclean TD is active chlorine released from hypochlorous acid. The product contains neither silver nor silver ions and is made in Germany. It is registered for product type PT 5.
The shop offers 5, 10 and 20 litre containers, as well as multipacks. Choose the quantity according to your regular consumption and the intended dose. For higher demand, larger containers make it easier to supply the system.
