Adding the required amount directly to the water flow
A dosing pump feeds membraclean into the pipe in a controlled way. The water carries the active substance through the connected pipework along the flow path to the outlets. Germs in the water are tackled and existing biofilm is gradually broken down.
Automatic addition helps maintain a consistent process and reduces manual dosing. This is particularly useful where water consumption is high, several areas are supplied, or new water is continually added.
Drinking water hygiene in homes and businesses
With membraclean TD, you treat drinking water in private homes, holiday homes, hotels, care facilities and commercial buildings. Dosing can be arranged centrally or for individual supply areas.
Applications also include water-carrying systems in dental practices and on board ships. The product, injection point and dose are matched to the installation.
Drinking water for animals
In livestock housing and drinking systems, membraclean 'Tierisch Gut' provides hygienically clean drinking water. A dosing pump feeds the product directly into the drinking water lines. This lets you treat the water volumes you regularly need without dosing each container separately.
For smaller systems, the product can also be added directly to a storage tank or drinking water container. The practical choice depends on how you store the water and deliver it to the animals.
Mechanical and electric dosing equipment
Mechanical and electrically powered systems are available for automatic injection. Dosing can be implemented using pumps from Iwaki or Dosatron, for example.
Together, we look at the pipe pressure, water flow, required dosing capacity and operating process. These determine the appropriate specification. You receive an application tailored to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all setting.
